How To Make Your Own Text Based Rpg Game Like Torncity, Mafiawars Etc?

Hi guys i am looking to buy an established MMORPG site if any body is selling there’s, i was going to make one from scratch but i thought that there might be someone out there that is willing to sell there’s. if you are interested and have a site send me the (url) so i can have a look at it.
